Terms of Service.

These terms are the agreement between you and Cloud Sherpa Ltd (trading as LocalLaunch, "we", "us") for your use of LocalLaunch. By subscribing you accept them.

1. The service

LocalLaunch builds and hosts a website for your business. The website subscription is £29.99/month and includes hosting, an SSL certificate, backups and email support. Optional one-off and add-on services:

• Full redesign — £20 one-off.
• Change your site address (subdomain) — £5 one-off.
• Use your own custom domain — £20/year.

All prices are in GBP and inclusive of any applicable UK VAT.

2. Billing & cancellation

The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your dashboard's Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and your site stays live until then. We don't charge a cancellation fee.

3. Your right to cancel (cooling-off)

As a consumer you normally have 14 days to cancel a new online service under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Because your site goes live and the LocalLaunch banner is removed the moment you pay, you are asking us to begin the service straight away — so you agree that performance starts immediately and that, once it has, you may no longer be entitled to a refund for a period already begun. You can still cancel future renewals at any time as described in section 2.

4. Refunds

One-off charges (redesign, address change) pay for work we carry out on request and are non-refundable once that work has started. If something has gone wrong on our side, email us and we'll put it right.

5. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information on your site and for making sure your use of it is lawful. We may suspend or remove a site used for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or abusive purposes.

6. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UK law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Scots law, and the courts of Scotland have jurisdiction over any dispute.
